BACKGROUND

The Client is of the opinion that the Vendor has the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to provide services to the Client.
The Vendor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
The Client must be using the Vendor’s Gym Lead Machine software to participate in this service.

The vendor agrees to provide the set-up services described herein in exchange for payment from the Client in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This Agreement is in conjunction with the Kilo Terms of Service and does not replace that agreement.

BUSINESS SET-UP SERVICES PROVIDED

The following advertising services/campaigns are included in this agreement:

Google Business Profile set up
- Including adding service types, uploading photos, products, and other necessary information
Facebook ad campaign set-up
- Campaigns with ad copy & photos
Optional: Google 360 Photos
- For clients who purchase the package including Google 360 Photos, this service will be included

The client is required to have an existing Google Business Profile and Facebook ads manager account connected to a Business Facebook page. The Client will ensure they have the necessary access to all the aforementioned assets prior signing the agreement.

EXCLUSIONS

We do not offer the following services:

Custom copywriting
Custom campaigns
Customization on ad sets or ads, including but not limited to demographics, imagery and offers
Ongoing ad optimization
Ongoing Google Business Profile updates

The Vendor will not run the ads for the client, the client is responsible for commencing, funding and monitoring the ads.

WARRANTIES

The Client acknowledges that the vendor has not made and will not make any express or implied warranties or representations that the services provided by the vendor will result in any particular amount or level of revenues or income to the Client.

COMPENSATION

Client agrees to pay for the advertising services provided by the Vendor in accordance with the following rates:

Package 1: Google Business profile and Facebook Ads one-time fee of $1500
Package 2: Google Business profile, Google 360 Photos and Facebook Ads one-time fee of $2000

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The Vendor commits to delivering the services above in 10 business days from the receipt of the requested information provided by the client.
The Vendor will use its best efforts to complete the Services to the Client's reasonable satisfaction on or before the milestone dates. The delivery schedule is highly dependent on the Client providing the information the Vendor requests in a timely manner.

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

This is a one-time set up and fee. There is no commitment term.
