Account Executive

We're a website, marketing automation, and gym management software company that works with gyms.

Kilo is seeking a motivated and self driven Account Executive to ensure the success of our current client base and generate new opportunities to expand the client base. Our Account Executive will be a proactive and curious member of both our sales and customer support teams, identifying growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been identified. They will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their needs and recommend products or services to maximize value. Account executive may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what it will take our company confidently into the future.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients at critical times in the client journey to develop effective solutions to customer problems and extend accounts.

Develop relationships with customers and develop customer loyalty.

Collecting testimonials, results and other critical marketing data/assets.

Cold Calling/cold emailing potential customers, prospecting, and generating and following leads.

Generating new sales and meet sales quotas.

Keeping organized records and tracking progress of clients and business goals using automation tools.

Taking at least 20 zoom calls per week with clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

Interpersonal skills.

Problem solving skils.

Experience and understanding of the micro gym, CrossFit or other boutique style gym industry.

Experience wth software such as Zapier, Clickfunnels, Google sheets, Excel, Facebook Advertising, Gym Lead Machine.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Extremely organized.

Negotiation skills.

This person will have a quiet, distraction free environment to take scheduled and ad hoc zoom calls at request.

Proven success in sales and customer service.

Great on camera and comfortable taking video calls. This role will require upwards of 20 hours per week or more on zoom calls with clients and prospects.
