About Us
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to take the lead on growing our customer base. Your main goal? Get more calls on the calendar and help us sell our gym management software. You’ll focus on lead generation, but you’ll also help shape our pricing, packaging, and offers to make them irresistible. You’ll work with a group of contractors who handle ads, content, and social media. While strategy is part of the role, we need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you’ve worked in the fitness industry, that’s a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy, including managing the editorial calendar and marketing plan.
- Launch data-driven campaigns that deliver results, optimizing creative offers, pricing, and messaging.
- Track marketing performance, analyze data, and report actionable insights to the executive team.
- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
- Manage and hold contractors accountable for tasks like running ads, producing content, and managing social media.
- Build new partnerships while strengthening and maximizing the value of existing ones.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address objections and create content that helps prospects make decisions.
Who You Are
Experienced in Marketing: You’ve done this before and can show us campaigns, landing pages, or other projects you’ve built that worked.
Fitness Industry Savvy: You know the gym business and how to speak to gym owners.
Data-Driven: You love analyzing numbers, tracking performance, and finding ways to improve.
Creative and Hands-On: You’re not just about ideas—you’re about making things happen.
Results-Focused: You know how to measure success and adjust when something isn’t working.
Organized and Accountable: You keep projects moving, hold contractors to performance metrics, and manage your time effectively.
Driven and Flexible: You’re ready to own marketing, work remotely, and overlap with our team for a few hours between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
