About Us

We’re Kilo, and we build software that helps gym owners grow their businesses. Our tools make it easier for gym owners to get more members, keep those members longer, and make smarter decisions. We’re a remote company known for fanatical customer support—some of our customers are so dedicated they’ve tattooed our logo on themselves and even named their pets “Kilo.”

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can take charge of our sales strategy and help us grow. This isn’t your typical corporate role—you’ll have the freedom to shape the sales process, lots of responsibility, and big earning potential. This is a commission-based role, with earning potential over $100,000 per year if you deliver results.

You’ll work with a small team of closers and outbound reps to generate leads, manage existing partnerships, and develop new ones. If you’re someone who thrives on autonomy, embraces a challenge, and doesn’t need much hand-holding, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a scalable sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Generate outbound leads and guide the team to do the same.
  • Manage our sales pipeline using Kilo’s CRM, as well as simple tools like Google Sheets and Notion.
  • Take an active role in managing existing partnerships and work to develop new partnerships that drive growth.
  • Track key sales metrics and report your progress weekly.
  • Lead and participate in weekly meetings with the sales team and collaborate with the broader team as needed.

Who You Are

Results-Driven: You’ve crushed it in sales before and have the numbers to prove it. We care more about what you’ve accomplished than how many years you’ve worked.

Hands-On Leader: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and take on every part of the sales process, including generating leads and taking sales calls yourself. This is a startup, and no job is too small. If you’re used to calling the shots from an ivory tower, this role isn’t for you.

Independent: You don’t need someone to micromanage you—you’re ready to take the reins and deliver.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You keep good records, communicate clearly in writing, and manage your pipeline like a pro.

Flexible: While we’re remote and flexible, you’ll need to be available for at least 3-4 hours between 9 AM and 5 PM EST to collaborate with the team.
