Kilo makes lead capture, lead nurture, and member retention easier and less expensive for gym owners.
We are a small team of engineers, designers, and marketing professionals making it easy for niche gyms to attract new clients. We are currently expanding our operations into gym management software, and looking to grow depth on our technical team to accomplish this major software initiative.
You will be a Business Analyst responsible for managing customer’s data through our sales process. You will be communicating across several teams to ensure a smooth onboarding for our clients. In doing this, you will export their data from their current application, run our internal tools over the data, format the data in a way that is compatible with the Kilo system, work with the customer to ensure the correctness of the data, work with our engineering team to import data, and manage the customer transition lifecycle including billing for their clients. Following customer integration on our Kilo app, you will maintain a dialog with customers to answer questions, identify and solve issues, address and prioritize bugs, and offer input to future product initiatives. You will work in a small marketing and sales group, and be the technical liaison with the engineering team. You will report directly to the executive team.
The ideal candidate would have a sales and technology background, be able to work with technical data models in spreadsheets, CSV, and other internal tools, have familiarity with modern Single Page Web applications, have technical skills necessary to reproduce issues / bugs, perform data migrations, and communicate with an engineering team. Candidates will also be extremely personable, with excellent communication skills, and able to create relationships and manage post-sale customer situations with high levels of diplomacy.
