As the Gym Lead Machine Client Account Improvement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and optimizing operations within Gym Lead Machine. Your responsibilities will span from managing client account updates to spearheading product improvements and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management: Assist in updating client accounts within the Gym Lead Machine platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. This includes adding and updating new snapshots as needed.

Software Oversight and Training: Oversee and manage the Gym Lead Machine software in collaboration with the Head of Automation. Provide training and guidance to the Automation Support and Build teams to maximize efficiency and proficiency in utilizing the platform.

Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration when necessary.

Communication and Documentation: Provide clear and concise updates for internal and external communication regarding new features or updates in the Gym Lead Machine software. Identify gaps in the GLM Help Library and coordinate with content creators to address them.

Product Improvement: Continuously evaluate the Gym Lead Machine software, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions to improve both staff and customer experience. Communicate product changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders and assess their impact on the customer base.

Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient use of Gym Lead Machine software. Communicate process changes to the appropriate Kilo teams and ensure adherence to established protocols.

Customer Interaction and Feedback: Engage with customers to gather insights, ideas, and feedback for product enhancement. Implement changes to the software based on customer input to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Partnership Opportunities: Assist in exploring and pursuing new partnership opportunities for the company. Participate in partnership meetings and contribute to building new snapshots as required.

Process and Product Improvement: Take ownership of identifying areas for process and product improvements within Gym Lead Machine. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, usability, and functionality.

Meeting Participation: Attend weekly report meetings with the Automation team and bi-weekly meetings with the Head of Automation to provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Availability and Communication: Maintain availability and accessibility for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Employment Type: Part-time Independent Contractor with the potential for transition to full-time.
Hourly Rate: $25/hour.
Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week.
Immediate Start: Candidates should be available to start immediately.
