GLM Premium Feature Support Package
If you have upgraded your Gym Lead Machine account to include Premium Features, including AI, you have the option to purchase this Support Package.
The Premium Features Support Package begins with an online course, created by our resident specialist, to help you begin using Premium Features in your GLM account and to lay the foundations for the use of the AI Conversation bot, if desired.
After the completion of the course, you will receive two exclusive, enhanced support calls with our Client Account Improvement Manager, Jordan, to help you deploy and optimize these Premium Features for your business.
The Premium Features Support Package is available for a one-time fee of $299. Additional tailored support for Premium Features will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour.
Gym Lead Machine’s Enhanced Support Program gives you first-class access to our customer support team. You will experience direct and live support from a dedicated GLM expert. We know that adjusting to new programs takes time and we want to give you the support you need to learn about and utilize Gym Lead Machine so we can save you time, money, and frustration.
By enrolling in Enhanced Support you will have the opportunity to book your selected number of 30-minute Zoom calls with a support team member. You will continue to have the ability to communicate via email with the Help Desk.
Call times will be utilized to answer your questions, teach you about the site and software, and help you make the most of this fantastic resource that is a part of your business.
