Sales Development Representative
We're a website, marketing automation, and gym management software company that works with gyms.
Key aspects of the role include:
Identifying and contacting potential prospects for the suite of products Kilo offers.
Maintaining an organized system of outreach and follow up to provide value for gym owners in their pipeline.
Collaborating with the entire sales team to reach short term targets and long term goals.
An ideal candidate has:
20 available hours per week
Experience in appointment setting, comfortable with cold outreach
A willingness to learn and a hunger to put in the effort to create opportunities
Functional knowledge of the fitness space
The desire to be autonomous
This position is remote and you will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, the ideal candidate will be expected to be available the equivalent of 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
This position is compensated hourly plus commission.
