Unlock more from your Gym Lead Machine. If you’ve upgraded to Premium Features inside your GLM account—including AI tools—this support package helps you get maximum value right from day one.
The package begins with an expert-built online course that walks you through setup, configuration, and the fundamentals of leveraging Premium Features. You’ll also learn the foundations for using the AI Conversation Bot if you choose to activate it.
After completing the course, you’ll receive two exclusive support calls with Jordan, our Client Account Improvement Manager. These sessions are designed to help you deploy, optimize, and personalize Premium Features for your gym.

Gym Lead Machine’s Enhanced Support Program gives you first-class access to our customer support team. You will experience direct and live support from a dedicated GLM expert. We know that adjusting to new programs takes time and we want to give you the support you need to learn about and utilize Gym Lead Machine so we can save you time, money, and frustration.
By enrolling in Enhanced Support you will have the opportunity to book your selected number of 30-minute Zoom calls with a support team member. You will continue to have the ability to communicate via email with the Help Desk.
Call times will be utilized to answer your questions, teach you about the site and software, and help you make the most of this fantastic resource that is a part of your business.
