The Role
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new leads—both cold and warm—and manage your pipeline with consistency and care.
- Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Maintain a clean, organized system for outreach, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
- Hit (and ideally exceed) agreed-upon sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- Help shape a sales culture that values hustle, results, and integrity.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support teams.
- Follow processes outlined in the sales playbook to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales strategies.

Compensation
This position is remote and you will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, the ideal candidate will be expected to have the availability required to regularly achieve agreed upon sales targets.
This position is commission-based.

Kilo is seeking a highly motivated individual to come onboard to engage prospects and drive sales for our suite of products.
Key aspects of the role include:
Self generating prospects (cold and warm) and maintaining an organized system of outreach and follow up to create sales opportunities.
Managing the entire sales process to ensure successful establishment of the new client relationship.
Ongoing sales training, professional development, and career planning.
An ideal candidate has:
- Experience in appointment setting, comfortable with phone outreach.
- A willingness to learn and a hunger to put in the effort to create opportunities .
- Functional knowledge of the fitness space.
- The desire to be autonomous.
