In today’s issue, I am going to show you the $0 marketing plan I used to grow Kilo to 7-figures in revenue.

If you replicate this process, you can grow a business without a big marketing budget.

Unfortunately, most founders don’t approach their marketing in a systematic way. They try a bunch of stuff, don’t track the results, and quit winning strategies way too soon.

Organic marketing is all about building trust with your dream customers.

If you’re starting, the easiest way is to borrow trust from other sources. Here’s how to do it step by step:

Step 1: Form partnerships

We generate 7-figures of revenue every year from 1 partnership.

If done right, a good partnership is the only strategy you need.

Find companies that are:

  1. Bigger than you
  2. Already in business with your dream customers
  3. Not competitors

Offer them a % of revenue for each client sold.

We target industry associations and business groups. If you become their preferred provider, you’ll get a constant stream of qualified leads.

Step 2: Barter with influencers

Trade what you have for what you need.

Find people that:

  1. Communicate with your ideal audience
  2. Don’t have a lot of money or resources

Here’s the offer: you provide them with a free service that grows their business, and they promote you to their audience.

We target YouTubers, podcasters, and large social accounts that our dream customers respect.

Using this strategy, we generated 6-figures of promotion without spending $1.

Step 3: Go on podcasts

Create a list of podcasts that your prospective customers listen to.

Send the host a well-researched message & ask to be on the show.

Include:

  1. What you like about their show
  2. What topics you can talk about
  3. Why would people want to listen to you

People buy from people they know, like, & trust.

A good podcast interview is basically a 1-hour infomercial for your brand.

This strategy will be less effective if you haven’t built credibility in your niche.

Step 4: Add value to Facebook Groups

There are niche-specific Facebook Groups for everything.

Join every one you can get into.

Once inside:

  1. Write helpful comments
  2. Share your best tips
  3. Friend the members

Once prospects accept your friend request:

  1. Say hi & thanks
  2. Intro yourself in 1 sentence
  3. Tell them you’re happy to help them with X
  4. Ask for nothing in return

This triggers reciprocity & makes the prospect more likely to buy from you.

Step 5: Ask your customers for referrals

Once you start getting customers, call them every 2-3 months & ask:

  1. How are you liking the service?
  2. Do you know anyone who’d benefit from what we’re doing?

If your service is good, you’ll get more customers.

If your service is bad, you’ll learn how to fix it.

And that’s it. These 5 strategies are all you need to get to 7-figures in revenue.
