How to build a marketing plan

Gym Lead Machine Vs. Two-Brain Business

Marketing Analytics

There are now more advanced delivery stats for each of your marketing campaigns. Within your campaign go to “Show Detail” and you’ll get detailed analytics.

From Submissions

You can view all form submissions by going to your Marketing Dashboard -> Form Builder -> Analyze

Blog Users

If you want to add or remove a blog user we’ve created a new form in our request library to help you do that faster. Here it is.

Walk-In Forms

Some of you have gyms in high traffic locations. We’ve created a walk-in form and walk-in trigger for those of you who want to tag walk-ins or phone calls differently than online leads. If you want us to add this to your marketing platform, fill out this form.

Newsletters and Bulk Requests

ALWAYS Use “Tags” instead of “Types” any time you’re doing a bulk request.

Contacts in your Gym Lead Machine account are sorted by tag in order for you to track how they entered your system and their current stage, as well as giving you the opportunity to communicate with certain subsets of your contacts superficially.

“Lead,” “client,” and “alumni” are general stage tags that we use to classify all contacts into those three categories, but you will also see tags related to forms, pipelines, and new/long term.

When sending mass communications it is best to choose your audience by tag in order to ensure proper delivery.

When creating a new bulk request, choose the campaign you would like contacts entered into (you will have previously created this), choose “All” for the Type, and then choose the tag of the contacts you would like to receive the email/SMS.

For example, when communicating with current clients, simply choose the client tag. If you would like help with creating a Bulk Request or targeting a specific audience, please email the Support Team at [email protected] and the team will be happy to assist!

Testing

If you’re ever testing anything on your website or GLM platform use a private or incognito window in your browser.

Cookies in our internet browsers are awesome for making sure we don’t have to re-enter our login or personal information over and over again when we visit sites online.

When using your website to complete forms or schedule appointments, though, they can cause you a fair bit of trouble by saving one person’s information and rewriting it over various contacts or appointments.

To avoid any trouble with cookies when using your GLM site to enter information or schedule appointments, we recommend that you always open up a fresh version of your website in an incognito window on your browser.

Incognito windows disable cookies so that you can get a fresh form every time and the information will enter your GLM software without a hitch!

Nutrition Campaigns

If you’re running the nutrition campaign, you’ll need a dedicated nutrition calendar or the automation will have broken links.

If you need help setting up a nutrition calendar, email [email protected]

To your success,
